At KVASN Aura, we aim to deliver your favourite spices, blends, and premium food products fresh, fast, and safely.

Here’s everything you need to know about how your order reaches you.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are packed fresh and dispatched within 4–8 business hours after successful payment.
  • Orders placed during weekends, high‑volume days, or public holidays may take slightly longer — but we always try to send them out as quickly as possible.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your pincode:

  • Tamil Nadu & Nearby States: 1–3 business days
  • South India (other regions): 2–4 business days
  • Rest of India: 3–7 business days

Note: Delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier delays, festivals, or unforeseen logistics issues.

3. Delivery Partners

We ship through trusted and verified courier services to ensure:

  • Safe handling of food products
  • Faster transit times
  • Reliable doorstep delivery

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your package is shipped:

  • You will receive real‑time Email / SMS / WhatsApp updates
  • A tracking link will be shared for live status checks
  • You can also track your order under “My Orders” on our website/app

5. Delivery Attempts

If you are unavailable:

  • The courier will attempt delivery up to 2 times
  • They may contact you for delivery coordination
  • If unreachable, the package may be returned to us

Tip: Keep your phone reachable after shipment for smooth delivery.

6. Damaged / Wrong / Missing Items

While we pack every order with care, if you receive:

  • A damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect product
  • A package with missing items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video, and our support team will help immediately.

7. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.

We sometimes offer free shipping during promotions or on minimum order values.

8. Areas We Deliver To

We currently deliver across India.

If your pincode is unserviceable, our system will notify you at checkout.
