🔄 Returns & Exchanges Policy – KVASN Aura

At KVASN Aura, we take pride in delivering fresh, hygienic, FSSAI‑certified food products made with care.

Because our products are edible and sensitive to safety standards, we follow a strict “No Returns & No Exchanges” policy — with a few important exceptions explained below.

1. No Returns or Exchanges for Food Safety Reasons

To protect product purity, freshness, and hygiene:

❌ We do NOT accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordered the wrong product
  • Better price found elsewhere

Food products cannot be reused or resold once dispatched — this ensures the safety of all our customers.

2. When You Are Eligible for a Replacement or Refund

We follow fair practices and will provide a refund or replacement if:

✔️ You received a damaged or defective product

(Leakage, contamination, broken packaging, spoiled product, etc.)

✔️ You received the wrong item

(Product received does not match your order)

✔️ Your order arrived expired

(Extremely rare — but fully covered)

✔️ Items are missing in your order

(We will verify and correct immediately)

✔️ Your order was not delivered

In cases of courier failure or lost shipment, we will resend or refund.

Note: KVASN Aura complies with India’s consumer protection standards, ensuring fair remedies for damaged, defective, or incorrect deliveries.

3. Reporting a Problem (Within 24 Hours)

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please report it within 24 hours of delivery.

Please share:

  • Clear photos or videos of the product
  • Outer packaging photos
  • Your order number

4. Refund or Replacement Process

Once your issue is verified:

  • Replacement: We ship a new item at no extra cost
  • Refund: Processed to your original payment method
  • Refund timelines depend on your bank/payment provider (usually 5–7 working days)

You will be informed at every step.

5. Courier Returns (Undelivered Packages)

If delivery fails after multiple attempts or due to unreachable contact details:

  • Package returns to us
  • We will contact you for reshipment
  • Additional shipping charges may apply depending on the reason

6. Items Not Eligible for Returns

For hygiene and safety, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with tampered packaging
  • Items exposed to heat/water damage post‑delivery
  • Discounted, bundle, or promotional items (unless defective)

We may not accept returns — but we always accept responsibility where it matters.
