2. Scope & Acceptance

By using the KVASN Aura website/app and placing an order, you accept these Terms of Sale. These terms comply with:

  • Consumer Protection Act, 2019
  • Consumer Protection (E‑Commerce) Rules, 2020 (duties of an inventory e‑commerce entity, grievance officer, refund timelines, cancellation rules)
  • Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011 (mandatory declarations for packaged food items)
  • IT (Intermediary Guidelines & Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 (review moderation, grievance)
  • GST Rules including e‑invoicing applicability under Rule 48 (where applicable based on turnover)
  • Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and forthcoming DPDP Rules

3. Product Information & Mandatory Labelling

All KVASN Aura products are pre‑packaged food items (spices, masalas, RTE/RTC mixes, dry fruits). We display all mandatory LMPC Rule 6 declarations online:

  • Manufacturer / Packer details
  • Net quantity (at that time of packing)
  • MRP (all taxes included)
  • Date of manufacture / packing
  • Best Before / Use By
  • Country of origin ( unless mentioned all products are Made In India)
  • Unit sale price (if applicable)
  • Consumer care details

These declarations are required under the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011, Rule 6 and Rule 6(10).

4. Pricing, GST & Invoicing

Prices shown are inclusive of all applicable taxes. GST invoices are issued. If future turnover triggers e‑invoicing, invoices will contain IRN + QR code per GST Rule 48 obligations.

5. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed upon payment and accepted upon dispatch. We may cancel an order if the product is unavailable, payment fails, delivery location is unserviceable, or fraud/suspicious activity is detected. Refunds (if applicable) follow RBI timelines per E‑Commerce Rules.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are shown at checkout. Will ensure all shipping & delivery as per Shipping & Delivery policy available in this website.

7. NO RETURN / NO EXCHANGE POLICY

7.1 No Returns/Exchanges for non‑defect reasons

KVASN Aura does NOT offer returns or exchanges for taste preference, change of mind, choosing wrong item/variant, or finding cheaper price elsewhere. This policy ensures food hygiene and product integrity.

7.2 Statutory Exceptions (Mandatory Compliance)

We will offer a remedy (refund/replacement) when the product is expired before consumption after delivery of the product within 15days in non-open condition only , unsafe, not as described, wrong item delivered, non‑delivery or unreasonable delay occurs.

7.3 Damage/Defect Reporting Window

You must report issues within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos as evidence.

8. Order Cancellation

Allowed before dispatch via ‘My Orders’ or by contacting support. We will not impose unfair cancellation fees. Prepaid cancellations are refunded via the original payment mode.

9. Reviews, Ratings & User Feedback

We encourage customers to leave genuine reviews. As per IT Rules 2021, we may moderate/remove fake, defamatory, abusive, misleading, promotional, or unlawful content.

11. Data Protection & Privacy (DPDP Act 2023)

KVASN Aura adheres to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and forthcoming DPDP Rules, ensuring clear privacy notices, informed consent, data minimisation, user rights (access/correction/erasure), breach notifications, and secure storage & processing. A separate Privacy Policy will be provided on the website.

12. Intellectual Property

All branding, content, product images, formulations, and packaging design are the exclusive property of KVASN Food Industries Pvt. Ltd.

13. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the disputed product. This does not override statutory rights for defective or unsafe goods.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Changalpattu, Tamil Nadu courts/commissions (without prejudice to CPA 2019’s consumer‑friendly filing provisions).

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect legal or operational changes. Updates take effect upon posting; material changes will be notified on the Platform.
